Customer

Residual Commission
Recurring monthly earnings from active customers.
Personal Commission
Income earned from your personally acquired customers.
Overriding Residual Commission

Monthly Customer Bonus

Advanced leadership rank requiring significant customer points.
RVP (Regional Vice President)
Senior leadership position with a large organization.

PCP (Personal Customer Points)
Points generated from your personal customers.
Team Customer Points
Points generated from your entire organization.
Qualification Period
Timeframe (often first 30 days) to qualify for bonuses.
Activation
When a customer’s service becomes active and counts toward commissions.
Purge
Removal of inactive or canceled customers.
Unpurge
When a previously removed customer reactivates service.
