ACN Quick Start Guide for New IBOs


Launch Your Business in 7 Days

This guide is designed to help new IBOs get set up quickly, become customer qualified, and launch their business with momentum using simple, repeatable steps.

ACN provides a Back Office, personal storefront, training systems, and customer tracking tools so you can focus on building your business from day one. 


PHASE 1: SETUP (FIRST 48 HOURS)

1) Complete your Back Office Setup

Your Back Office is your business hub.

Step-by-step:

  1. Log in to your ACN Back Office
  2. Confirm your personal details (name, email, phone).
  3. Accept all terms and conditions.
  4. Add or verify your payment method.
  5. Familiarize yourself with:
    • Profile
    • Payment Method
    • Direct Deposit
    • Personal Customer List
    • Training / Products section
    • Reports & commissions

⚠️ Keep your account active—missed payments can result in suspension or loss of commissions. 


2) Set up your ACN Storefront

Step-by-step:

  1. Go to Back Office.
  2. Click the arrow next to your name.
  3. Select Profile → Update Storefront.
  4. Confirm your personal website is active.
  5. Save your link and keep it easily accessible.
  6. Add it to your bio (if using social media compliantly).

Your storefront is how customers enroll and learn about services.


3) Set up Direct Deposit

Step-by-step:

  1. Go to Back Office.
  2. Click your name → Direct Deposit.
  3. Enter your banking information.
  4. Double-check accuracy.
  5. Save and confirm.

4) Complete Required Accreditations

Impact Health Sharing

Step-by-step:

  1. Back Office→ Products → Healthcare
  2. Click Learn More
  3. Click Begin Accreditation Registration
  4. Review guidelines before completing
  5. Finish registration before offering to customers

XOOM Energy (if available in your market)

Before referring customers, training and accreditation are required. 

Step-by-step:

  1. Back Office → Products → Energy
  2. Click Learn More
  3. Complete training in ACN Compass
  4. Finish accreditation
  5. Complete badge requirements if applicable
  6. Renew training if required (e.g., Illinois every 6 months)

5) Attend Quick Start Training

Step-by-step:

  1. Attend our team’s Quick Start Training immediately.
  2. Plug into weekly training calls/events.
  3. Learn:
    • Customer acquisition basics
    • How to invite
    • How to launch your business

ACN provides training so you can learn while taking action. 


PHASE 2: GET CUSTOMER QUALIFIED


Goal: 3 Services + 8 Points

Focus on reaching your first milestone quickly. This can include your own personal services, but it is not a requirement. Keep in mind that becoming your own customer greatly builds personal credibility when offering the services to others.

Step-by-step: Get your first customers

  1. Start with services you understand.
  2. Identify people who already use similar services.
  3. Ask simple questions:
    • “Do you currently have identity protection?”
    • “Who supplies your energy?”
    • “Are you open to saving on healthcare?”
    • “Do you travel and want better rates?”
  4. Match them with the right solution.
  5. Send them your storefront link or enrollment page.

Start with your personal network

ACN emphasizes building through relationships, not cold marketing. 

Step-by-Step:

  1. List:
    • Friends
    • Family
    • Coworkers
    • Social contacts
  2. Contact your warm market first.
  3. Let them know you just started your business.
  4. Ask them to take a look or support you as a customer.

TIP: Take action while learning

You don’t need to know everything to get started.

Progress comes from:

PHASE 3: LAUNCH YOUR BUSINESS


1) Host your first presentation within 7 days

Step-by-step:

  1. Pick a date within your first 7 days.
  2. Choose:
    • Zoom
    • Home meeting
    • Small group setting
  3. Coordinate with your upline/presenter.
  4. Schedule a prep call ~72 hours before.
  5. Start inviting immediately.

2) Build a contact list of 100+ people

Step-by-step:

  1. Go through your phone contacts.
  2. Add names from:
    • Social media
    • Work history
    • Community groups
  3. Don’t filter—just list everyone.
  4. Organize into:
    • Customers
    • Business prospects
  5. Start with your top 20.

3) Focus on inviting, not selling

Your role is to invite people to take a look, not explain everything.

Simple Invite Script:

“Hey [Name], I just started something in essential services and thought of you. Would you be open to taking a quick look?”

How to use it:

  1. Send via text or say it directly.
  2. Wait for the response.
  3. If yes → send info or invite to presentation.
  4. Follow up if needed.

PHASE 4: DAILY ACTIONS

1) Invite people daily

  • Contact 5–10 people per day
  • Track responses
  • Follow up consistently

2) Show the business

Step-by-step:

  1. Plug people into presentations or calls.
  2. Use team systems and tools.
  3. Ask simple follow-up questions:
    • “What did you like best?”
    • “Do you see yourself as a customer or business partner?”

3) Help customers get services

  1. Help them choose a service.
  2. Send them your storefront.
  3. Guide them if needed.
  4. Ensure:
    • Order is completed
    • Service is activated
  5. Follow up to prevent cancellations.
