Set up with your sponsor

Complete the required service training
Before discussing or referring a service, confirm the training, accreditation and renewal requirements that apply to your market and service. Use current ACN guidance. Do not use an old video or worksheet as proof that you are accredited.
Learn one service at a time
Choose a service connected to a real customer question. Read its current official information, learn the key eligibility checks and limitations, and practice explaining it clearly. Understand a residential offering before assuming it is available to businesses.
Build a practical follow-up routine
Record the topic a person asked about, their preferred contact method and the next step they agreed to. Keep personal notes securely, avoid sensitive enrollment information, and honor requests to stop contact. Select confirmed team training from the calendar.
Understand the opportunity
Read ACN’s official earnings and expense disclosure. Use the current disclosure for your market whenever presenting the opportunity.
